Check out how easy it is to make sublimated toppers for Stanley tumblers!

Check out the full video tutorial:

Supplies Needed

Sublimation Blank
Sublimation Transfer: Custom or Pattern Options
Heat Tape
Weeding Tool
Scissors
Butcher Paper
Paper Towel
Book/Weights (Something Heavy)

Equipment Needed

Heat Press
Sublimation Printer (if printing your own designs)

Press Settings

400-425 degrees for 45 to 60 seconds with light to medium pressure
Usually works best to press for 45 seconds, check and if it didn't fully press (has faded spots), then press again for 15 seconds.

Instructions

Gather your supplies.
Remove mask from BOTH sides of the blank.
Line up transfer against the white side of the blank and tape.

Put the blank with the transfer side up in between a folded piece of butcher paper with a layer of paper towels under it but still inside the butcher paper. The layer of paper towels helps with consistent pressure.

Press at 400 to 425 degrees for 45 to 60 seconds with light to medium pressure.

Remove from press and slowly flip over to see if there are any faded areas in the transferred ink.

If the design looks faded, flip back over and put back into the press for another 15 seconds.

Check for faded areas and continue pressing until it isn't faded.

Immediately remove from butcher paper but leave transfer taped on and put under something heavy to let it cool. This will hep prevent warping. I normally put a piece of cardboard down, then the blanks, then a book, and then 20 lbs of weights on top of the books.

Let it cool around 5-10 minutes.

Remove from transfers when the blanks are warm to the touch.
It won't hurt them to stay under the weight while they cool completely.
Put the topper on your tumbler for your customized look!
