New Policy Updates - Effective July 2026

Artwork & Production Policies Update

To ensure we continue delivering the highest premium quality, accurate turnarounds, and dedicated service to all of our clients, we are updating our file requirements and production schedules effective immediately.

1. Artwork & File Prep Requirements To move directly into our production queue, files must be submitted as print-ready, high-resolution vectors (.AI, .EPS, or outlined PDF) or high quality, transparent PNG files for all custom orders.

  • AI-Generated & Low-Res Files: Images generated by AI platforms or low-resolution raster files (.PNG/.JPG) require manual reconstruction and vectorization to print cleanly at production scale.

  • Design & File-Prep Fee: Any file requiring cleanup, reconstruction, or background removal will incur a non-negotiable minimum $50 File Prep Fee (per file).

2. Standard vs. Rush Turnaround Times Our daily production slots are meticulously managed to meet strict e-commerce and commercial shipping deadlines.

  • Standard Production:

    • In Stock Products: Up to 2 business days
    • Made to Order: Up to 4 business days
    • Custom: Up to 7 business days

  • Expedited Rush Production: Subject to a 30% rush fee to bump your order to the front of the printing line.

    • Made to Order: Bump to 2 business days
    • Custom: Bump to 3 business days

  • Next-Day Production: Subject to a 100% rush fee (double order total), dependent on current machine and material capacity.

Please note, these rush fees do NOT include any additional charges for expedited shipping.
