Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Subscription boxes are sent out within 3 business days of when they are purchased.
The box you will be sent will be based on the month you order in. If you order during the month of April, the box we will send is April's box.
If you are ordering a one-time purchase, by default you will get the current month's box. If you would like a different month's box (from any month, past, present, or future), please leave us a note.
Each box contents is already determined and cannot be changed.
If you order other items along with your subscription, your entire order will ship when your subscription ships.
The monthly invoices sent will only include the subscription box and no other items even if they were ordered when you started the subscription.
