Printing Policies

Below we have listed out our printing policies. By placing an order with us for any of our custom products, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to these polices.

GENERAL

We will not make ANY edits or changes to your design before printing. If your design needs edited, please contact us BEFORE placing your order for a quote for design services.

The provided file(s) will be printed exactly as is in the exact dimensions they uploaded. We do not check for spelling or grammar errors, design choices (design cut off, not enough contrast in design, etc.), blurry or low resolution files, has a background when it needs to be transparent, verifying links or QR codes, etc.

We will NOT contact you if your image/file has any of these issues.

Please check all of these things before submitting your file. Our image editor/gang sheet builder tool will show you where backgrounds exist and allow you to remove the background and also let you know if the file has a low resolution.

Since no editing is done on our end, no mockups will be provided.

Custom products cannot be refunded or replaced for any of these errors.

Custom products will either be shipped flat or rolled in tubing if 11x17 or larger or purchased with other items. Once received, we recommend storing under something flat and heavy like books for a few hours to flatten them again.

If your order needs to be cancelled for any reason, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.

COPYRIGHT

Any designs that are submitted that may remotely resemble a copyright or licensed or trademarked image will require a signed authorization form to proceed. We will submit this form to you to sign via email. This form is kept for our records in case any copyright or infringement issues arise.

If you place an order with any designs that require an authorization form and you choose to not sign the authorization form, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.

SUBLIMATION TRANSFERS

Sublimation transfers only work on items with a HIGH polyester count. We recommend 65% or higher polyester count for apparel and hard substrates must have a poly coating for the sublimation transfer to work. The percentage of polyester is the percentage of ink that will transfer. If you use a 50% poly t-shirt, then your design is going to be 50% vibrant once pressed.  The substrate also needs to be a lighter color. The ink color must be darker than the substrate color for it to show up.

Any areas of the design that are WHITE will not print. The white areas will show the paper and when pressed, the substrate color will show in these areas.

For best application results, a heat press that reaches a temperature of 400 degree or higher is recommended.

DTF (DIRECT TO FILM) AND UVDTF

Transparent files work the best when uploading. If your file has a background, the background will print. Please use our sheet builder to remove any background or edit before uploading.

DTF gang sheets will in most cases kept continuous when shipped.

UVDTF gang sheets will most likely be cut down for shipping because the rigid nature of the product doesn't allow it to be rolled easily.

HEAT TRANSFERS

Designs are printed on WHITE material and then cut out. Because of this, the final product MAY have small areas of white or places where small details aren't cut out. Your transfers will come weeded and masked.

You will just have to remove the paper backing it comes on and then your transfer is ready to press.

By placing your order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms above.
