Our processing time is back to our normal 2 to 3 business days. Please see titles for product TAT.
Processing time: The time it takes us to make your order. Because we have over 5000 patterns, 5+ size options, and 5 different material options there are infinite product combinations so our pattern vinyl is printed AFTER you order it. We normally print on average of 500 square feet of material per day. Once your order is printed, it still needs to be cut down and packaged.
Shipping time: This is the time your package takes to get to you once it has left our facility and is in transit to you thru USPS. We have no control over these time frames and can only give you estimates based on the shipping method selected.

To find out when to expect your items to ship, please refer to the guide below. All of these time frames are for PROCESSING your order and do NOT include shipping which takes additional time depending on what shipping method you selected. If you have items with different processing times, they will ship once EVERYTHING is ready to ship so please use the longest time frame to anticipate your order processing time.
All of our made to order items will have (READY IN # BUS DAYS) in their title. This number determines how many BUSINESS days it will take for this item to be processed and ready to be shipped. If our processing time is extended (see above) it will take the number of days listed plus the number of extended days for your order to be processed.
If there is no time frame listed in the item title, that means the item you ordered will ship within 1 business day, normally the same day it is ordered if ordered before 3pm MST.
As a rough guide, here are our processing times based on product category.
*Solid Color Vinyl (HTV sheets and rolls of solid colors, Adhesive sheets and rolls of solid colors): 1 business day
*Supplies and other stocked items on our website: 1 business day
*Printed Vinyl (existing patterns we offer by the sheet only): 3 business days
*Faux Leather (existing patterns): 3 business days
*Anything Custom (anything that you provide an image for print or have us design custom that is different than a standard option on our website) : 3 to 7 business days
*Bulk Orders (anything with 10 or more sheets of printed vinyl or sheets longer than 2 feet): 3-5 business days
If you need items sooner than these time frames, we may have options to get your items to you faster by either RUSHING your order or upgrading to EXPRESS (overnight) shipping. Please contact us and let us know when you need your items and we will let you know if this is possible and what your options are.
